Before that, Ansgar Adamczyk was a real estate project manager at ETH Zurich, where he was responsible for technically demanding new builds and conversions of laboratory and office buildings. He started his career at Studio Burkhardt in Zurich, where he was involved as an architect in winning a competition for the construction of a public school building. During his seven years as a construction manager and supervisor at Baumberger Stegmeier AG and BS+EMI Architektenpartner AG, he obtained comprehensive specialist knowledge during the successful implementation of two cooperative housing developments.
Daniel Sigrist studied architecture at ETH Zurich before going on to obtain an MAS in Real Estate from CUREM, University of Zurich. His passion for real estate and construction is reflected in his extensive specialist expertise, which he continues to expand through his wide-ranging professional and academic experience.

Lawyer Martin Sohm has worked in property and construction law for over twenty years. His outstanding expertise has seen him named one of the best Swiss attorneys in his field by WHO’S WHO LEGAL. A major focus of his work is project development and real estate transactions. He is passionate about the design and solution-focused execution of contracts as a basis for implementing real estate projects.
He is a partner and co-owner of the Küsnacht-based law firm Reetz Sohm Rechtsanwälte, specialists in property and construction law. He previously spent 12 years practising at a major corporate law firm, five of which were spent as partner. At the start of his legal career, he spent several years as a clerk and chaired the conciliation board for tenancy and leasing matters at Dielsdorf District Court (Zurich). Martin Sohm also lectures in tenancy law on the Property Trusts course offered by the Swiss Real Estate Association (SVIT).
Martin Sohm studied law at the University of Zurich. He was admitted to the bar in the canton of Zurich in 2000. He is also a Certified Specialist SBA in construction and property law.

Prior to this, Martina Wäckerlin worked at various architectural firms, where she was involved in all project phases.
