As a real estate developer for third-party mandates at Halter AG Immobilien and in his consulting activities at RESO Partners AG, Matthias Alber was responsible for management of a wide range of client segments from real estate funds to high net worth individuals and international industrial enterprises. His previous professional activities include roles in a real estate fund and a bank.
His professional training covers a broad spectrum in the fields of real estate, construction engineering and finance. Matthias Alber recently completed a Master’s in finance at the University of Zurich. He also holds an MBA in international real estate management from Biberach University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Science from Albstadt-Sigmaringen University. His initial studies gained him a banking qualification (IHK).

Urs learned the ins and outs of the real estate industry as a long-standing employee of Halter AG, where he was responsible for in-house developments and third-party mandates. Prior to that, he held an international role in the aviation industry and worked as a project manager for an architecture firm. He has in-depth knowledge of operator-run properties, especially for care homes and hotels.
Urs has a degree in architecture from ETH Zurich and a post-graduate business degree from the PHW Business School Bern.

At Halter AG, he was a development project manager for various plot and real estate developments and was responsible for initiating new project ideas in business development. During his studies and immediately after receiving his master’s degree, Roman Beer held positions in spatial development and construction law consulting at Flury Planer + Ingenieure and SWR Infra AG.
He studied economic geography as well as spatial and landscape development at the University of Zurich and ETH Zurich. In his master’s thesis on spatial development in the Limmat Valley, he analysed the goals and contributions of three large-scale urban development projects.

In her time at Halter Immobilien, she developed her knowledge of property services before broadening her expertise at a real estate fund abroad. A spell as an assistant to the CEO at Eberhard Bau AG gave her valuable insights into the construction industry. These experiences enabled her to develop a solid understanding of processes in these areas and the ability to manage complex tasks efficiently.
After completing her commercial training with a secondary-school leaving certificate, Marilena Berger continued to specialise and successfully completed further training as a management assistant.

In her time as a planning and construction manager at Halter AG, Stéphanie Chanson assisted institutional, public and private project owners at all stages, from the digital planning application to the finished development. Her duties included providing support during the tender phase, coordinating planners and business owners, monitoring schedules and costs and handling quality management – always with the aim of ensuring a financially successful, high-quality project. She previously completed an 18-month traineeship programme at Halter AG, during which she gained valuable experience in the world of property across various departments.
Following her secondary-school education, Stéphanie Chanson obtained a bachelor’s degree in architecture from ETH Zurich. She also obtained a master’s degree in spatial development and infrastructure systems from ETH Zurich in 2018 and completed an internship in property development.

He previously worked at Implenia Schweiz AG for almost 14 years, handling a large number of projects as a construction manager, planning manager, overall project manager, risk manager, and most recently as a contract manager. Prior to that, he was employed as a construction manager at an architecture firm.
He is also a lecturer of construction realisation at ZHAW in Winterthur (School of Architecture, Design and Civil Engineering) at bachelor level.
Gerald Frick holds an Executive MBA from the Private Hochschule Wirtschaft (PHW) in St. Gallen and Zurich. He previously successfully completed vocational training as a federally certified structural engineer (Eidg. Dipl. Hochbautechniker HF) in Winterthur.

In his previous roles in the FM, management and construction sector, he gained experience in particular as lead project and construction manager for conversion, renovation and new-build projects, as a specialist consultant for building and portfolio management, and as a consultant for energy-efficient renovations and replacement buildings from the concept phase onwards.
He first qualified as a structural drafter, before moving on to successfully train as a state-certified structural engineer (Eidg. Dipl. Hochbautechniker HF). He subsequently completed his training with a CAS in ‘Strategic Building Upgrades’ from HSLU and a CAS in ‘Purchasing Competency’ from the ZHAW.
One of his key interests is building attractive, quality homes that are affordable to a wide section of the population while still generating reasonable returns.
Jörg Füglistaller lives with his partner and their two children.

He began his career at Göhner Merkur AG as a construction economist. After several years at Halter Generalunternehmung AG, he spent a decade at HRS Real Estate AG, eventually becoming co-owner and COO. He returned to Halter AG in 2011, reorganising the general contractor and leading its full-service division, as well as the subsequently established renovations division. When he departs Halter AG at the end of 2020, Felix Hegetschweiler will focus on further expanding his investments and partnerships in full-service providers/project development, real estate and building maintenance.
After attending evening classes at the Zurich University of Technical Studies while working, he completed postgraduate studies at the Kaderschule St. Gallen, qualifying as an industrial engineer (STV) specialising in business management.
Felix Hegetschweiler is married and the father of two adult children.

As construction manager at Gähler und Partner AG, Mr Heimann was responsible for the complete supervision and execution of various construction projects over several years and broadened his expertise in project management. He then expanded his specialist knowledge at Wincasa AG, where he worked in project management and property management. While there, he successfully coordinated and managed projects for private and institutional clients, adding the benefit of his previous experience.
After training as a structural draughtsman for the civil engineering sector, which gave him a deep technical understanding, Mr Heimann gained valuable practical experience on construction sites. This gave him an in-depth understanding of the technical details, processes and challenges of construction practice and how to handle them efficiently.

In his previous role at Schillig Architekten, he tapped into his experience and specialist knowledge of construction planning in a number of areas. He took full charge of a number of projects – from pre-project planning to final invoicing. Janick Himmler began his career with in-depth training as a draftsman specialising in architecture. He then built on his qualifications with further training to become a technician trained in construction planning with a specialism in architecture at the IBZ professional education institution for technology and management in Zurich.

Sandra Kasahara spent several years at Wild Bär Heule Architekten AG, during which she continuously expanded her expertise in real estate development, execution planning, construction management and project management. Following his training to become an electrician, Ernst Luginbühl completed a bachelor’s degree in facility management at Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW). After that came a Master of Business Administration with a focus on healthcare economics and healthcare management. The successful completion of his training to become a federally certified property trustee rounds off his profile.

In his previous position as Managing Director of Halter AG Immobilien, David Naef was responsible for a broad range of real estate services in the areas of development, strategic facility management, marketing and property management. Before that, he was head of project development at Halter AG and project developer at Steiner AG.
David Naef holds an Executive MBA from the University of Zurich and a degree from ETH Zurich in environmental engineering, with a specialisation in spatial and environmental planning. His range of skills has been further enhanced by in-depth training in coaching and supervision.

In her role as a project and construction manager at Anderegg Partner AG, Veronika supervised various construction projects in close collaboration with the client and the occupiers, overseeing the entire process – from the feasibility study to the handover of the keys. Prior to that, she worked in planning and project management at various renowned architectural firms.
After graduating from high school, Veronika studied architecture at the Technical University of Munich. As part of her studies, she completed a semester abroad, at the École nationale supérieure d’architecture de Paris-La Villette, France.

His seven years at Gutknecht Jägre GmbH started with a focus on execution and detailed planning but he increasingly shifted towards construction management and project responsibility, a development he was deeply passionate about. A trained draughtsman and architect with a degree from a university of applied sciences, he is a structured, analytical and empathetic project manager. He values solution-oriented collaboration, brings a sense of calm to dynamic situations and communicates clearly and reliably with clients and within his team.
Carlo Palma completed a part-time degree in architecture at ZHAW Zurich and expanded his knowledge through various CAS programmes in the field of sustainable construction with a focus on building physics, fire protection and strategic renovation. Previous language stays in Australia and a sabbatical in South America have broadened his perspective beyond the architectural realm and continue to shape his open-minded, systematic way of thinking to this day.

At the beginning of his career, he also worked as a planning architect in Switzerland and abroad. Marcel Scherrer has been freelance since early 2020. He now draws on his extensive knowledge to create forward-looking property investments for investors. He is a committed member of various industry associations and federations.
He obtained a Master’s in Architecture from ETH Zurich and EPFL Lausanne. He completed his education with a postgraduate qualification in Construction Project Management at ETH Zurich.

Daniel Sigrist studied architecture at ETH Zurich before going on to obtain an MAS in Real Estate from CUREM, University of Zurich. His passion for real estate and construction is reflected in his extensive specialist expertise, which he continues to expand through his wide-ranging professional and academic experience.

He is a partner and co-owner of the Küsnacht-based law firm Reetz Sohm Rechtsanwälte, specialists in property and construction law. He previously spent 12 years practising at a major corporate law firm, five of which were spent as partner. At the start of his legal career, he spent several years as a clerk and chaired the conciliation board for tenancy and leasing matters at Dielsdorf District Court (Zurich). Martin Sohm also lectures in tenancy law on the Property Trusts course offered by the Swiss Real Estate Association (SVIT).
Martin Sohm studied law at the University of Zurich. He was admitted to the bar in the canton of Zurich in 2000. He is also a Certified Specialist SBA in construction and property law.

Noel Ulrich completed his apprenticeship as a carpenter with a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training at Gräzer Holzbau AG, where he gained extensive practical experience in the field of new builds and conversions. He spent several years in this profession, enabling him to deepen his craftsmanship and develop a broad understanding of construction.
With his successful training as a timber construction foreman, he expanded his technical abilities and took on project management tasks, enabling him to strengthen his process coordination skills and gain valuable experience in the planning and management of construction projects. Noel Ulrich then worked as a construction manager at Lienert & Partner. There, he enhanced his knowledge of construction process management, of the coordination of different trades, and of quality and scheduling monitoring on the construction site.
